Ganesh Deivanayagam is the founder and lead consultant at Relentis - a niche consultancy specialising in operational outsourcing - dedicated to translating financial objectives and strategy into operational plans that can deliver savings and service improvements.  

Prior to this Ganesh worked with IBM and Steria over the past seven years with proven experience in architecting and implementing business transformation change programmes, setting up and operating Shared Services Centres, Centres of Process Excellence in Finance and Accounting, designing and negotiating outsourcing contracts, offshoring, knowledge transfer management and service improvement projects.  

Ganesh is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
