Since July 2006, Matthew R. D’Uva has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SOCAP International, a professional society representing customer care professionals from leading Fortune 1000 companies in diverse industries such as consumer packaged goods, automotive, retail and direct sales, travel and hospitality, healthcare and financial services. SOCAP International is a member-driven organisation committed to promoting customer care and customer engagement as competitive advantages in business.Matthew works closely with the SOCAP Board of Directors to set the overall strategy and direction for the association. In his role, he is responsible for the management of the national headquarters operations and staff located in Alexandria, Virginia. Under Matthew’s leadership, SOCAP International has been successful in growing its membership, conferences and educational programs, increasing member engagement and raising the association’s overall visibility among key industry sectors. Matthew holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a BA degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
