The road to Hell, it is said, is paved with poorly planned and executed outsourcing deals. They’re usually hidden away like the proverbial skeletons in closets, too terrible for contemplation by any but the stoutest of hearts… But we’re pretty stout characters here at Outsource and we thought it was time to shine a light into the profoundest of shadows; to face our fears head-on without so much as a murmur (well, maybe the odd petrified squeak…).
